Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed and completed within 2-3 business days of being placed. Each package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1-2 business days to be received. Between processing and shipping time, your order should be received within 3-5 business days of placing your order. A tracking number will be provided via email for your convenience after each order has been shipped.

Due to the handmade and custom sized nature of each order, as well as for sanitary reasons, orders can not be returned. If there is a problem with with size, fit, or otherwise, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within 5-7 days of receipt and we will discuss the best way to satisfy your order.
